We clean with care and integrity for our clients home and health, using only our handcrafted cleaning products that are safe to use around food and family yet tough on germs and grime, ensuring the safety from harmful chemical exposure. were getting to all the areas one simply can not get to in our busy daily lives. We work in efficient patterns to systematically clean every area of the home listed below on our standard residential cleaning checklist. These checklists ensure you are receiving the same great clean each and every visit, but don’t worry if you can not commit to a full cleaning each time, we customize each cleaning to your needs and budget.
At your first clean with Elemental cleans we work hard to get your home to our maintenance level of clean. First visits always take the longest, as build up and dust is very common in all homes that have not had a regular cleaner. From there, we discuss with you regular cleanings that make sense for both your home and your wallet. The majority of our clients find that biweekly is a great appointment frequency. Everyone’s home and family is different, some homes truly only need monthly visits! We want your relationship with Elemental cleans to be an honest and happy one, and we have seen many homes that either increase or decrease their frequency after a few visits based on our suggestions.

In all bathrooms, these tasks will be completed
Tub & shower area scrubbed & washed
Sink scrubbed & washed
Toilet scrubbed & washed (including base & behind)
All points of contact cleaned (light switches, door knobs)
Mirrors & outside of medicine cabinet cleaned
Soap dish & toothbrush holder cleaned
Molding & corners wiped clean
Door molding dusted
Vanity top cleaned – items removed & replaced
Towel bar & toilet paper holder wiped clean
Exterior of light fixtures dusted, if reachable
Baseboards dusted & wiped clean
Floors vacuumed & washed
Garbage emptied – exterior of can wiped down, bag replaced
Overall room appearance neat & tidy
In all hallways & common areas, these tasks will be completed:
Furniture, mirrors, frames & accessories dusted & cleaned
All points of contact cleaned (light switches, door knobs)
Window sills wiped clean
Ceiling fans dusted as needed, if reachable
Door molding dry dusted
Floors vacuumed & moppedd
Overall room appearance neat & tidy
In all bedrooms, these tasks will be completed
Bed made
Furniture, mirrors, frames & accessories dusted & cleaned
All points of contact cleaned (light switches, door knobs)
Window sills wiped clean
Door molding dry dusted
Ceiling fans dusted as needed, if reachable
Floors vacuumed & mopped (walk-in closet floors vacuumed, if clear)
Garbage emptied, bag replaced
Overall room appearance neat & tidy
In the kitchen and any bar areas, these tasks will be completed:
Counters cleaned – all items removed & replaced, if possible (uncluttered)
Cupboard fronts spot cleaned (if needing scrubbing see deep clean services )
Faucet and sink cleaned
Backsplash cleaned and splatter free
Kitchen table cleaned & organized
Furniture, mirrors, frames & accessories dusted & cleaned
Outside of fridge cleaned
Outside of stove cleaned
Ceiling fans dusted as needed, if reachable
Outside of dishwasher cleaned
Exterior of all appliances on counters wiped clean, interior of microwave cleaned
All points of contact cleaned (light switches, door knobs)
Molding & corners wiped clean
Door molding dusted
Window sills dusted and wiped clean (if needing scrubbing see deep clean services)
Floors vacuumed & steam mopped
Garbage emptied, exterior of can wiped down, bag replaced (client must provide big trash bags )
Overall room appearance neat & tidy
In all other rooms, these tasks will be completed
Couch vacuumed & wiped clean
Tabletops/desks dusted & wiped clean
Laundry room wiped & floor washed
Furniture, mirrors, frames & accessories dusted & cleaned
All points of contact cleaned (light switches, door knobs)
Ceiling fans dusted as needed, if reachable
Window sills wiped clean
corners wiped clean
Door molding dry dusted
Floors vacuumed & mopped
Garbage emptied, exterior of can wiped down, small bag replaced (must provide big trash bags)
Overall room appearance neat & tidy
